Exercise at 5:30am

I got up this morning at 5:30 a.m. and decided to do my exercise before I even left for work. I worked out for 20 minutes. I did GREAT on my food today and have ended the day with the lowest sodium that I've had in a while!

I have now been doing this for 3 weeks!
