Today has Been an AWESOME day...

Tuesday, January 24, 2012

First off, I stayed up WAY too late, so of course I didn't want to get up. I finally starting moving and got the girls up. Hubby had already left for work (he didn't want to get up either) so after I woke him up and made him move at 4:20 this morning I went back to sleep only to get back up at 6 to start my day. emoticon

Well girls got going no problem, so I finally got dressed and out the door we went. Everyone is on time...that's ALWAYS a plus! emoticon I leave earlier to pick up another child and take him. Well this morning I get there & he doesn't come out. I went to the door & finally his sister comes to the door, "oh he's sick, he's NOT going to school today" emoticon My first thought was "REALLY!" nevermind I need gas anyway so I went to get gas. I pick up my niece @ my daughter's school & my sister doesn't get there until 8, so no need to rush & I've already left so no going back home.
That's where my day got better. We (my youngest & I) went to Sheetz for gas. Of course the first thought was emoticon I love the French Vanilla Cappuccino!! YUMMY! Do you know how many EMPTY calories it has though emoticon Oh it will be alright, I'll just go home and do a Leslie tape. emoticon No I'm not doing that!! I lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks & yes I went up a little last week but it wasn't even a pound so WHY?? would I do that. Then we walked in & those emoticon doughnuts emoticon I'm not even much on baked goods but they looked so GOOD & you get a DEAL w/the card right? emoticon

Well I even went as far as asking my daughter, "hey you want one?" She looked and said
"NO" What??? My daughter LOVES junk food. Ok, if she's not getting one I know I'm not! So to the line we go & there was sandwiches and hash browns already READY, just pick em up! She thought about the hash brown & we even asked HOW much? but decided against that too. Finally we turned around & there was our answer emoticon
BOTH of us reached for a banana! So WE both were VERY proud of our decision. We made a great decision. She kept me from the emoticon & I kept her from the grease emoticon(sorry didn't see a hash brown) I think we made a GREAT TEAM today! I felt so good I came home & decided the REST of the day IS going to be GREAT TOO! I pulled my air stepper out & every time I go pee emoticon I have to do AT LEAST 1 min. Who can't find 1 min.?

So what are you doing to get where you want to be? It's a new year, let's do this! emoticon
