Been sick! But on the mend. +

Well it's quite a while since I posted OR weighed in for that matter. I have been quite unwell and miserable. Dr's not sure what's going on. But I'm happy to say that although I haven't had any energy to exercise, I have stuck to my eating plan - around 1200-1300 cal's each day. this is a HUGE improvement for me!! Usually if I'm sick I eat all the comfort food around, & treat myself etc etc.
So although I know I didn't lose I haven't gained either. emoticon I'm gradually getting better & getting some energy back & exercising again now. Looking forward to perhaps a small loss this coming weigh-in. And will be happy to get it too emoticon
That's it for today, though would have to say that I'm finding the journey much easier this time around which is great. emoticon
