Sabotage my job, my health, me, why?

Well it's after 2am, I have to get up at 6:30 for a training class from 8:30 until 5 (for the next 3 days) and yet here I am awake. This training is critical for my job, I cannot snooze or zone out.

Please pray for my idiotic behavior to change so I can get this info I need to do my job. I am so tired I am shaking right now.

Good morning. Hope I can get some quality sleep and not sabotage myself any further!

    Just the fear of not being able to sleep can keep me awake. Going through menopause was the worst, and it didn't help having the doctor tell me it was a normal part of the process. Hope you get some sleep soon!

    Krisua has it right. You're insomnia may be affected by some anxiety over the training. While I'm no expert, I know there are some things you can try to get a handle on insomnia, both behaviorly and nutritionally, including taking melatonin. If you do a few minutes of reasearcn online you may find some solutions.
