Still Struggling

I am STILL struggling... a few good days and then bad...sneaking snacks at night. What is wrong with me?!?!?! If I don't get a grip on this, I am going to gain back ALL of the weight I worked so hard to lose. Today has been really good. I'm heading into the evening well within my range. I can make this a good day.
