Up and down up and down

Yes, my scale keeps going up and down up and down. But, hoping it's muscle, but I do like to see it go down.
Still on track with eating, exercising staying in my range. I didn't workout this weekend, but also wonder why the days I take a break from working out is the days the scale finally wants to go down. Hmmm funny that way. But today I got in some heavy sweating cleaning from rearranging my living room to sweeping, moping and washing down walls. Wow just washing down walls helped with my arms, back and shoulders I liked and also got to burn 476 calories all at once. Nice. But want to get in at least 1 or 2 mile walk before I head off to bed
I'm feeling real good about my progress it may not be very big, but it's big enough for all the hard work I've put into it. Just changing the way I eat I've improved in how I select the food I eat before eating it to actually pointing out to friends and family how much calories they are taking in by just drinking a can of soda.
Well off I go!
Oh for those that checked out one of my blogs called Picture Me At..... I had to go back to change the weight to 283 and like I said I will post a blog called Picture Me At.... Every week, I decided to post it like every 2 weeks or something like that. To be able to then have more progress on my weight lost since right now it's up and down.
