Well, I've made it to week 3. I've lost 2 pounds, but I'm in great shape! I can do 4 more sit-ups, 3 more push-ups per minute than when I started. I run outside more now that I track it. I'm more conscious of what I eat, I also started counting those Spark Points. It motivates me to spend a few more minutes on Spark, and I usually learn someting at the same time.
