Week Recap

I find it nice to see all of my hard work in one spot. Here is a recap of the work I put in last week.

Th - 30 min. Leslie Sansone walk, 10 min. SparkPeople Jump Rope Cardio Workout, 7 min. SparkPeople Upper Body Workout with Band, 8 min. SparkPeople Lower Body Workout with Band, & 5 min. Tone It Up ab circuit (one time through)
F - 23 min. Taebo
Sa - 40 min. Taebo

Weight -
Weight starting - 146.0 lbs.
Weight 1/22 - 143.2 lbs.
Change - 2.8 lbs.

I didn't track on Saturday and Sunday of this weekend due to life getting in the way. Saturday I went to a friend's party and definitely had more than my allotted calories. Do you think the dance party at the end of the night burned off the difference? That wasn't a true question - I know it definitely did not. Sunday I started tracking, but then my husband bought me dinner that was too hard to track. I went over my calories again. Nobody is perfect, not even me! Today I am back on track and have tracked everything that I have eaten. My goal is to stay in the lower end of my calorie range (maybe even below my range) for today and maybe the next few days to make up for my wild weekend. I also plan to sneak in a little extra cardio today to make myself feel better. I have it all figured out!

The week ahead -
This week I can bring my lunch and snacks if I want, but I know that eating out is not a problem since I can find healthy items at most restaurants that I will have access to. We are headed to my in-laws this weekend, which is always tough. I don't plan on drinking since we did enough of that this week, and the following week we will be heading to Cancun for plenty of alcohol. I plan on bringing some snacks with me this weekend. Otherwise I will have to strive to make the healthiest choices possible. Since I got a new iPhone this weekend, I can track my calories wherever I go. I just have to take the time and make the effort. Definitely going to make the effort this weekend since I want to look and feel good for Cancun next week!
