I am huffing about after a surprising weigh in.

I was thinking today was THE DAY I would hit the 10lb lost mark. I am very excited to throw my little par-tay to celebrate this feat. I have been looking forward to seeing the scale read in the 130's. (*insert image of an eager me stepping on the scale here*)




I am actually up 1 lb.


I am blaming TOM (you know...that pesky Time of the Month). Stupid TOM. And I weighed myself on Monday in the morning instead of the afternoon on Wednesday. That probably messed it up too, right? (*insert image of me grasping at straws here*)

Well, I have not missed any workouts. I have stayed in my calorie range. (*insert image of me stomping my feet and pouting here*)

Anyway, this does not upset me as much as i would have thought. Because I HAVE done my workouts and eaten well. I am healthier and living my life well. That is more important than scale #'s.

After the weigh in I went and swam 40 laps and then ate a salad and baked potato for lunch AND FELT GREAT! (*insert image of triumphant me here*)

Go me.
