again. This time not exactly planned. Last Thursday I had taken some work home with me to do over the weekend. (not the work I did on Friday) On Saturday my boyfriend came over and when he does we usually smoke some pot. Ergo no work on Saturday.

He also brought me a half pound of mixed chocolates. All of them pure chocolate. Note to self: Pure chocolate is a terrible migraine trigger. Thinking my headaches came from eating gluten (which I stopped eating 3-4 months ago) I totally forgot about other migraine triggers. This also explains why I had the attack the other day after I had one of those meal replacement shakes. It was chocolate flavor and it was the last thing I had before going to bed. When I had half a one about a week later I didn't have a problem, but then I also made sure I ate something else before going to bed. Oh well, we live and learn.
