I do not like the holidays!

I only put one pound on over the holidays but I am still not doing well with my eating. I am trying to get back into going to Curves 3x week. My goal this week is to make all my Curve exercise classes and watch my portion control.

Still hangin' in there but rocky. One step at a time...

    Thanks everyone! I will never give up but I need to get a plan of action and start moving toward. I am thinking of a goal of 5 lbs, then another 5 lbs, and so on. Makes it see more doable instead of 135 lbs.

    WTG on making the goal of Curves 3x a week! I find that I do better when I track every day on my food tracker here on Spark - when I start missing days, that's when I over eat and don't consciously think of eating well. That's just my take on it.

    I'm glad to see you post a blog - & hope you will think of joining the Determined Daisies for our next challenge!
