I'm feeling good today. I woke up, used the computer for a while and then did 45 minutes on the Wii Fit. I did mostly yoga, but I did two lots of the long distance running and some rhythm boxing, though I don't seem to do it in time. Still, it's still fun and I'm still burning calories. I also did a few strength exercises. I'm very proud of myself.

Then afterwards me and my girlfriend went for a walk. We live near a canal/lock/marina so we walked to there and walked around it and then we walked a little way to the nature reserve. I'm very happy in forests and the like. I feel very at home with the trees and the birds and the animals. I saw a robin, very close. It was pipping at me. Obviously wondering whether I'd gotten any food for it. But I hadn't. We then went to the local little cafe and I had a bacon sandwich. I know bacon isn't that good for you, but I had no butter on my bread and I have burned like...300 calories today so I'm not feeling too bad for my little treat.

I'm now feeling calm if a little sore. I may do some art later. I do like doing my ATCs.
