Working through the pain...

Sunday, January 22, 2012

So I have several things that cause physical pain. Fubro/chronic fatigue Rheumatoid Arthritis, Neurofibromatosis, recent foot surgery, and now a broken toe on other foot. Fell flat on my knees, elbows, shoulder on right and foot on left.. Also my noggin. Not sure how I hit all those places, but I did. Today I feel like I went 1 on 1 with Ali. BUT...the thing I have learned is ya gotta push through the pain to gain. I have had a really busy day at work today and got so much done just sitting st my desk. Surprised me at what my desk REALLY looks like. Cleaned under it as well. LOL THAT is a big weight off my shoulders. We are preparing for changes and a move in a few years at work, and I do not want all this to follow me. THIS is MY year to get organized at work AND at home. Anyone with chronic illnesses knows there are days that you just cannot move. But when you can...do. I am determined to get my life andhealth back this year. I encourage all of you to do the same. Clean out the junk outside your life and body as well as in. Have a wonderful weekend. In His Grip, Jude
