Of course I took a break over the holidays....I did not really intend to, but with all the yummy treats, the busy-ness, PLUS my teeth bugging the crap out of me, I just did not exercise. At all. So we are finished with the 3rd week of January and I have lost the few lbs that I have gained. I set a new goal of 125lbs. I don't know if that is realistic or not. I haven't weighed that since um...19 years old? That was a long time ago. If it gets too hard, if I get discouraged, ect. I will be ok where I am. I have done well so far to get rid of the holiday weight though, really well. I'm very pleased. Simple changes, although I really buckled down this week after having a rough weekend. 4lbs gone week one, 1 lb week two and 2 lbs this week. I'm amazed! I'm letting myself have a *cheat* day (although not getting too crazy at all) today and it makes me paranoid and nervous. Stupid. I haven't even eaten that bad today. Have a party to go to in an hour and a half though and I can't wait! There will be cake - LOL and I've been craving cake for a week. I just need to know that as long as I don't go crazy, my weigh-in next Friday will be FINE!! :-D
