Different Entry today.
Two sundays ago I ended up drinking.
I drank a lot. From 11 am in the morning to 2 am the next morning. It may qualify as a bender.
I got real sick from this of course. And missed a few days of running. I was supposed to run a 100 miles that week but only got in 65. This week I tried for a 100 again but got in 95. Had a strong speed work out though (7 mi @ 6:45).
I am an alcoholic. It is why I started running. Though I have made much progress, I haven't been able to get completely sober. Every few months I have a day like this. Still trying though... I will never give up.
