I have a lot of changes going on in my life so I'm making them simple
1. Drink 6 cups of water
2. Cardio 15 min 5 days a week
3. Strength train 10 min 2 days a week
4. Try 1 new low sodium receipe a week.
5. Track my DH and my food.
