Okie dokie... Read some online reviews and made some decisions... I'm going for the Ripped in 30 next. Pretty dang excited that I went ahead and bought up a few DVDs over the last few weeks and was already prepared to move into something new.

My goals for the next few weeks: Complete Ripped in 30, continue to eat Gluten-Free, keep up with my grad school work, and keep my house flowing like it needs to despite my hectic schedule. Easier said than done...

Have a great Saturday, ladies. It's nice and rainy here and I'm hoping I get to go for a run today... emoticon

Micro - I wish someone would clean my house!!! :-) It is a chore to keep up with the cooking, cleaning, laundry, and everything else when life is so busy! Are you in Australia? It is one of my life's dreams to visit Australia!!!

Tattted - I am eating gluten free because I believe wholeheartedly that I am gluten intolerant. I get SO bloated and achy when I eat it... I also break out, have joint pain, get mouth ulcers, and seem to get a brain fog... When I am good about staying away from it, my tummy calms down, I clear up, my joints feel fine, and I just have SO much more energy. If you don't NEED to go gluten-free, there's no reason to - but if you have symptoms and are not sure, just try it and see if you feel better. Can't hurt!

Also, I hear you about running in the snow - we don't get that here much, but I hate to get blisters from running in the rain!! I have learned my lesson there... Have you done ripped in 30? I can't wait to start!

Sounds like a great plan! Now that I'm back from my wee summer week away, I'll be starting a new plan until I head over to Sydney for 2 weeks later in Feb. Not sure what yet, but aside from the fitness part of it, I Ned to find me someone to clean my house!

Nice schedule. Ripped in 30 is awesome. I wanted to do a 45 minute run but it totally dumped snow during the night. I mean DUMPED!! Not sure if I want to run in the snow with all the crappy snow drivers on the road. I have to ask-do u feel a difference eating gluten free? I'm a layman on that but I've been curious about that!!! :)
Have a wonderful Saturday as well.
