I'm going to try to make a long story short here..lol..My dad owned a separate house that the family always referred to as the "Old House" Anyway, at one time he was going to turn it into a antique store but over time he kept storing stuff in it to the point you couldnt even get in the house. He has boxes stacked from the floor to the roof. After he passed away I just boarded the place up because I got tired of people breaking in to it and stealing or just destroying stuff. Recently we have been informed by the city that we either need to fix the house or it needs to be knocked down. We decided that it would be easier/cheaper just to knock the sucker down. First we got to clean it out. Thank God that my nephew is helping me because there is no way I could do this by myself. Well because of this huge task that me and him are undertaking. He has already lost 12lbs and I have lost 4.5lbs. The funny thing is that when we started this we both weighted we both weighed 344. So hopefully by the end of this we will have lost a lot of weight! I just hope we get the house done!

    Hehe, well that's one way to jumpstart losing weight is with a regular activity that makes you work. You'll just have to make sure you have some other activity to transition to as you get close to finishing.
