I ended up eating over my calories yesterday as a result of a bag of mixed nuts. The problem with those things is that I can't just have one serving, so I already make sure I buy the smallest container they have. Unfortunately that is still 150 grams and over 800 calories. I'm quite sure though, I don't end up digesting all those calories, because I always end up having the runs when I do that. The effect of Alli, without the Alli. I have to remember to take those enzymes I bought a while ago. They seem to help, esp when taking omega 3 capsules.

I worked from home yesterday, which is why I didn't do the full cycle training I intended to do. I use my commute for Cardio, but that means I end up missing it when I work from home. I did cycle to the nearest supermarket, and when I got home I found out I forgot coffee milk. Normally I always have some powdered milk in the house for emergencies, but that was finished as well. Can't do without my coffee in the morning.
