Sleep is the answer!!

Wow, got a good night's sleep last night and today I was like a ball of fire!!! The more I walked, the more energy I had. It's beyond me, but I didn't feel exhausted by the 81 min. of walking or the strength training exercises I did after that.

Never had a minute's problem with food today and was NOT hungry. We have 6 wonderful hens that give us several eggs a day. We've made typical egg dinners, like omelettes but had not made a quiche. I looked in the SP recipes and found this WONDERFUL quiche recipe, which I doctored a bit with broccoli, spinach, onions, green peppers & mushrooms and it was the BEST quiche I've ever eaten. Really easy to make too. It was just divine! So excited to have found something that's so easy to make and the taste is fabulous.

From a SP perspective this was a 5 star day - just great. It must've been the adequate sleep I had last night. It super charged me for the day. Any little 'secret' I can discover to help make this journey a big success is a bonus.

I'm beginning to feel changes in my body - my jeans are now loose around my thighs, instead of being stretched tight. Belly is beginning to diminish too. All of this feels SO good. I'm just so full of gratitude for SP, for showing me a path to health & accountability. Yes, this does work. So happy to be here!!
