The problem with weight scales is you don't know if it is fat or muscle you have gained. If you know you have been good with diet and exercise, then it's probably muscle you gained. :) 3389 days ago
The scale fluctuates all the time. For all you know, you could be retaining 3 lbs. That bit of binge eating (mentioned in your blog yesterday) may not have processed through your system fully. It may not be turning into fat and staying, but it does have its own physical weight that the scale reads with your weight.
Don't panic or stress over it. Keep in the good habits through this week. The important number isn't the change from one week to the next. It's the overall numbers, the average per week since we started and ongoing into the future. 3400 days ago
