Lol! My body still feeling the aftermath from yesterday. Ugh!! Bug it's a good feeling it's that feeling that says "oh, you did it" love that feeling.
I went up on the calories I'm now burning a day. I'm burning 600 to 900 a day so that means my calories had to increase to 1,500 to 1,800 so ohhhhh weeeeee more to put into my body in order to burn to lose. I'm on a roll.
Yesterday my scale showed a little increase in weight like I said in my other blog post I believe it's muscles. I do check my inches, but I won't be checking that until next month. I do that once a month. But today the scale back down so hope it keep going DOWN!
This weekend no kids, so I'm going to catch up on some crochet orders, homework, reading and lay back and watch some movies. Of course eating right and working out.
