Back to Me Time

This week has really sped by and I've been trying to stick with certain things - goals for eating fish twice (met), goals for visualization (met), goals for looking good (sort of), thinking positive (met), now I'm seeing that it means that I really have to look at that time that is taken for just me. It means so much to spend a little each day either in medication, prayer, or just relaxing.
To today I'm going to snuggle up in a blanket by my fire and decide which one of those things I am going to do. No one will bother me and everyone will know I'm relaxed because I'm so much nicer when I have taken that time to reflect.
