Good morning! I just had a realization that I had to share. I slept like crap last night. No, that's not the realization. I slept like crap last night, so when my alarm went off I did not want to get up. After 15 minutes (the snooze period) I finally got up and immediately set up for my workout. That is the realization I came to while eating breakfast - it didn't even go through my head that not doing my workout was an option. I had my workout figured out last night so I just got up and did it. That seems so crazy to me! A few weeks ago I would have told you I am definitely not a morning exerciser. It appears the habit is beginning to form, and I really am turning into a morning exerciser! Neat!
I also want to share that YouTube is an excellent place to find workout ideas. This morning I did a little Billy Blanks Tae Bo. I haven't done that in probably 10 years. It was a blast! He really gives a good workout. The best part is finding workouts for free. Love it!
