Yesterday I was nearly exhausted and I didn't get home until around 8:30 pm. I just didn't get my exercise in.
today I had reasons not to exercise: slight headache, my exercise buddies didn't show up, I had too many errands to run
I decided to exercise anyway! I came home and did my Wii Zumba routine. That lifted my spirits and gave me energy. I did Day 4 of coach Meg's routine: seated core workout and I did Alabama's challenge of the day with dumbbells.
I felt so much better after completing these. My headache went away, so I figure it may have been caused by stress.
tomorrow I am traveling to Fairhope...that will be over 5 hours in the car (alone).
However, setting up my conference room will cause me to be active and I plan to hit the fitness room at my hotel. I've learned to fit in exercise even with a crazy schedule.
I stayed in my calorie range today, but didn't eat healthy. I went over on my fat count, which is rare for me. Having the nutrition tracker helps me so much, so that I can make educated adjustments.
