Didn't do my exercise last night

Well, I didn't do my exercise last night. No excuses. I just didn't want to and I was tired. I will try again tonight. I had a good breakfast and lunch. I stepped on the scale this morning and it wasn't my weigh-day and I had gained! I was frustrated, but not broken. I will do better. I AM doing better by continuing this adventure...
