Food Allergies

Having a lot of food allergies really n truly suck!

I'm allergic to:

chocolate
cheese
whole milk
seafood except for tuna
eggs
mayo
all nuts

It's been a little challenging to say the least trying to balance all of the food I can't eat while making sure I'm getting my nutrients (such as calcium). On the other hand staying away from cakes, cookies, muffins, and all of the other good things that are made with dairy products has helped keep my skin looking much more clear, not to mention keep my blood sugar in check.

    Thanks "N2LAW1" I'll definitely check out those sites. Seems like I'm always popping a pill for something, whether it's for Vit-D, hair n nail vitamin or iron. emoticon

    OMG, another person in the world allergic to chocolate. I too am allergic. I get so many funny comments about it. Anyway, check out these two websites, this may give you some ideas and consider supplements. Actually Vitamin D is more important than Calcium to help ward of osteoporosis (oops am I telling my age),

    my doctor has me on 1 Vit D prescription pill a week for 3 months then I can get the supplement over the counter. Anyway check these two sites out and see if they are useful for you. emoticon

    WOW! That's a lot of allergies! Good luck balancing the allergies and getting your nutrients. I didn't realize staying away from dairy gives you clearer skin! Learned something new!
