Having a lot of food allergies really n truly suck!
I'm allergic to:
seafood except for tuna
It's been a little challenging to say the least trying to balance all of the food I can't eat while making sure I'm getting my nutrients (such as calcium). On the other hand staying away from cakes, cookies, muffins, and all of the other good things that are made with dairy products has helped keep my skin looking much more clear, not to mention keep my blood sugar in check.
