Heavy Breathing (& not in a fun way)

I'm logging my food. I'm trying like heck to get up at 5am to do my workout, although the past week I have been entirely unsuccessful with that lofty goal. I'm just SO tired all the time, my schedule is insane and very taxing. I know that if only I could manage it, I would, ironically, GAIN energy. Once again, another Brain Knows It-Body Doesn't Care situation.

Just walking to the elevator, you read that right, THE ELEVATOR, I was out of breath, never mind walking up the eight (8) flights.

And still have my motivators [wedding, wedding, less pain], yet I'm only down 3 pounds.

Pretty Down on Drea today.

    I too started out just like that, not being able to walk very far without pain or feeling out of breath. It DOES get better. I promise. Forget about the stairs for now and focus on what you are able to do today. Then promise yourself you will at least do that, every day, until....Every little bit makes a difference. You can do it! You are worth it! You Will succeed! emoticon
