I am down 28lbs today. I am so proud of myself. I know i have alot more to go, but at least it is starting to fall off again. I have been keeping on my routine and if i miss a day because i am feeling tired, it is ok. I allow myself to take a day off. It is not a big deal. It's not the end of the world and I won't gain all the weight back in one day. lol
We have to be ok with missing a workout day, we have to be ok with cheating alittle with our diet. We are human. If we stay regularly working out, we will all be still going the right direction. Enjoy life, enjoy your workout! Enjoy enjoy enjoy.
