Week 4

Well I am in the middle of week 4 of my lifestyle change and I am still going strong! I find that I have been doing very well with exercising at least 4 times a week and I am staying within my 1300 calorie a day limit. During the week it is a lot easier for me and the weekends I have a little bit more trouble. When I go out to eat I try to make good decisions even though I don't always know the calorie content.

I noticed I am more driven this time around. I feel good even though I don't see much of a difference in my body yet and the scale isn't helping! Lol! I am getting more flexible I have more energy and I notice the little things which I know will add up to big things! I love zumba and we started a new routine this week and I am so sore so I know this will help get my body into gear!

Sparkpeople has really helped me stay on track! :) Special thanks to my friend Caitlin for introducing it to me!!

2012 is off to a great start for me! I hope for you too! :)
