Took the day off

So, I'm feeling really wiped out and I have a sinus headache. I took my first day off since Christmas from exercise. So for the past 25 days I got in a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day. And, with my challenges I was also able to do two other exercises, usually strength training. But today, I'm feeling exhausted and I had a full day of work, so the exercise just didn't get done. I did stay in my calorie range though. I have a tad of guilt over the lack of exercise, but tomorrow is another day.
I have a Zumba appointment with two exercise buddies, so I know I'll be accountable. I plan to do my daily challenge exercises also.
Not the end of the world, but not my best day either.
