TODAY:
Continued.
Tracked whole day.
Drank over 70 oz water - Woohooo!
Ate reasonably.
Modified "Advantages to Losing Weight" cards
Re-printed Affirmations.
Stretched calves (heel spur treatment).

Plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are planned.
Read my advantages cards at least twice.
Create additional affirmation cards, specific for me, for daily encouragement.
Stretch consciously at least twice.
Start doing back exercise again.
