Week 2 - Hold Me Accountable

Well, here we are, week 2. They say if you can make it 2 weeks, you're set. It seems so far "they" are right. So where are we?
*Other than milk in cereal, only beverage consumed is water
*Taking thyroid medicine daily
*Down another 3.3 lbs
My goal is 2 lbs a week. I BROKE GOAL! (insert happy dance)
Yes, I have a thyroid issue, which is easy to use to explain how I hit almost 295 lbs. The truth is I LOVE TO EAT and I HATE TO EXERCISE. Wow, that's hard to read, but it is the truth. I'm not that great of a cook. And the cooking I can do is my momma's cooking. My momma's cooking is similar to Paula Deen's. Everything is battered, fried, full of pasta or potatoes, and swimming in butter! But oh how good it is! Which is why my biggest challenge lately is cooking healthy foods. My goal is to learn to cook (from scratch) one healthy meal a week.
So there it is. Week 2! Goal accomplished, goal set. HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE!
