After about 7 days without a workout, I forced myself to get on the treadmill. It felt good! I only did 30 minutes (walk 4/jog1) because anything harder makes me starving hungry later. My new mini-goal is to make it through the end of this month without binging and sticking to my calorie limits. Here we go!

    Awesome, keep it going. Diet and exercise is such a finicky balance. You'll figure it out!
