Trying to Get My Mojo Back

I have been in the funkiest mood lately. I know this change in my mood has been a direct result of me losing my weight loss mojo. I recommitted myself to my weight loss journey on October 4, 2011, and since then, I've lost around 22lbs. However, my efforts have been derailed since the holidays. I had family in town for two weeks, which created a lot of work that threw my workout regimen off. Since then, I have not been able to recover. Then on January 5th, I started a new semester of school. I am taking 4 classes, two of which are very demanding and time-consuming, so that has further derailed my efforts. I just can't seem to get my feet back on the ground. In addition to all of this, I have not been making the best food choices. I have even slipped a soda or two in here and there. I tell ya, it's driving me nuts!!!
I started the year off by joining several weight loss challenges on Spark People. I'm not sure if that was such a good idea since I am already somewhat overwhelmed with all the other things I have going on. I am going to stick with them, because I like to finish what I start. I have just got to get back on track with my workouts. I will be working ahead in my classes this weekend so that I can return to the gym next week. When I find myself pressed for time, I will try to hop on SP and atleast complete one of the 10-minute workouts. I realized a while back that something is better than nothing. I just have to figure out how to work myself through these funks and get back on track.
