Mostly stayed on track today. Went to the gym before work, 30 mins on the treadmill at a fairly fast pace. Ate all my pre planned meals for the day to stay within my calorie range. The only downfall was those darn white chocolate covered pretzels my coworker has on her desk, they are freaking irresistible!
