I have been trying new foods lately to spice things up and today's was plain yogurt. Yuk!! Not sure if it's the brand or it all tastes like that but pretty sure I won't try that again!! Tomorrow...Figs!
Also day 2 of 30 day shred , feeling good!!

    great to see you back! I don't care for plain yogurt either but i find if you have time to add your own berries, honey and/or cinnamon or vanilla it helps! I also put half a cup of all bran in mine to give it some crunch and you get a good dose of fibre! Have a great day!
