Need to Add Sleep to my Goal List Now!

O my! Last night I was on the computer until about 2:00am. Haven't done that in a long time. It is so not good for me - I eat at night. At least it was nuts that I ate but way too many.
So I am adding sleep for the goal today and the rest of the week. If I don't sleep then I don't have the great attitude - well today I still do.
I'm still seeing the new me - and I'm going to remember that to keep me going I will be going to bed at a healthy time. It's so good to be alive and enjoy the life I've been given.
So many wonderful things to be happy for! Spark Friends, Family, Safety, Love, Health!
So much support from all!
My clothes are fitting better - just in case you wanted to know. I feel better than I have in years!
I will continue to only have bad moments, not bad days and if I need support I know where to get it.
