I woke up to lightening and thunder and before I got to work it was a downpour. It also dropped 30 degrees and was very windy. This makes a bit harder to want to work out when I get home for work, but I'm gonna do it.
I did my first workout last night and WHEW! am I out of shape! I did 15 minutes and had to quit. My feet hurt and I was breathing so hard! I am going to HAVE to keep at it or this problem will not go away.
