Getting back to it after baby

Well, I did start picking up my activity at 6wks postpartum, but am struggling to get into a workout routine (for the moms out there, surprise, right? Lol) my little Ashley-girl has reflux, so I have to hold her upright for half an hour after she eats. So I generally have 1/2 an hour to an hour before it's time to feed her again, and naptime generally happens during the time that I'm holding her. So definitely having some difficulties, however she'll be 10wks tomorrow and is starting to take more notice of things and will sit in her bouncy chair without freaking out on me in five minutes. I've been able to do the turbo jam 20minute workout twice a week so far, but that's just not cutting it. I had all these grand plans of getting things done whole she sleeps, but what does one do with a baby who won't nap? And obviously not a good time of year for stroller expeditions. BUT I will keep fitting in bits and pieces where I can, and cross my fingers that it will get easier as she gets older.
