I wish I could come to more team events, I'm always working when we have them.
I wish my hubby would get on the spark wagaon, but atleast he is trying to be active, and eat better. So I have more support now then I used to. We are both horrible at skipping workouts though..We do find other things to do, but they don't burn as much as a job on the elipticle or zumba session, but it's not completely bad. I can be thankful we are not constantly skipping workouts to play video games or watch TV...

    Just know that you are missed at the team events but, we do understand other obligations!! At least we have met face to face and that always help plus, knowing that YOUR team is ALWAYS here for YOU!!!

    I am right there with you. It helps if your spouse tries to be healthy also. Hopefuly by leading by example we can inspire!
