Great Start to the Week!

I am so pumped over my weight loss so far! My husband is now taking me a little more serious too as I have stopped and started so many diets over the years. Tonight he told me that I needed to work out, and gave me a goal weight to lose this week (an unrealistic goal at that!). I said "Yeah right," but I am a very competitive person. I was tired after a stressful Monday at work, so I had planned on doing a video (8 minute cardio intervals) and then keep my cardio thereafter at 30 minutes. Once he gave me my "goal," I knew I had to do everything to get as close as possible. I ended up going 65 minutes on my game, Just Dance 3. I figure that my week will only get more stressful, so why not start it off with a huge burst of cardio. Looking forward to the 3rd week of my new lifestyle!
