12 week plan

My goal for the next 12 weeks is to lose 24 pounds. Some of those are catch up pounds and some will be new. Losing 24 pounds would put me lower than I have been in 26 years. Since before my daughter was born. To accomplish this goal I need to be consistent. No more waiting 1 more day. No more telling myself that just this once it doesn't matter. It all matters.

My nutrition plan is to eat clean and within my calorie range every day.

My fitness plan is at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week with at least 2 sessions of strength and 1 yoga every week.

My Plan B if all goes haywire is to do the best I can and keep to my plan as much as possible.
