Still Feeling Good :D

I took a nap and then went to the basketball court with the kids for an hour. I cooked a nice healthy dinner early, prepped all my salad fixings' for later tonight and tomorrow's lunch. I seasoned some goat meat for tomorrow's dinner. I had a couple pieces of fruit for my afternoon snack and a bottle of water. I'm gonna give my son some math problems to do while my daughter and I head to the gym for a kickboxing class.
I've had an extremely productive day and I'm determined to meet my weekly goals.
My energy level is through the roof right now
I'll make sure to do my crunches
and push ups
when I get back.
