Day three no sugar in my tea, coffee or other foods

Friday I decided I needed to cut out the sugar I was using in my foods. Between coffee, tea and oatmeal I was averaging about 3 spoonfuls each food and its excessive. I noticed it on my food tracker I was wracking up like over 21 spoonfuls a day. I know sugar is not good for me. I like my coffee black but sweet and I really LOVE my coffee. If I don't have a good cup in the morning my whole day is off. I love a cup of coffee at night or a cup of tea. So Friday I picked up a small box of Stevia in the raw. Its OK. Its not as sweet as Splenda, but I just don't like it. So I piked up a bottle of Agave Sunday and all is right with my coffee again!
Stevia or Splenda will do but Agave is the best!
So I have been white granulated sugar free since Friday after noon. TOM showed up Saturday morning, hence the craving for Burger King Friday. Between that and the head cold, exercise motivation has been nil.
I give myself this last day then back to my 4-5 mile walking!
