What I did Right this Week

SparkFriend, D2BD-DIVA, and I decided to do this "positive reinforcement" thing weekly. We both got a boost last week from taking time to think about the "right" things we'd done in our health journeys, share it, and encourage each other.

For the past week...
1. I stuck to the half marathon training schedule. The HM is about 6 weeks away!!
2. I lost 1 pound!
3. Something I never thought to look at until DIVA mentioned it. I am #1724 on the sparkpoints leaderboard. That was kind of fun to look at this week.
4. I finally finished re-arranging our classroom so finding things this week will be much more pleasant.

Hmmm, I guess that's enough patting on the back. Thanks to all my SparkFriends who have encouraged me this past week, especially D2BD-DIVA. We'd love to read your list of accomplishments for the past week.

    I love this idea!

    Are you training for the LR marathon? I live in Russellville. We've done the LR half twice (although we walk). This year we are signed up for the Indy Mini the first weekend in May. Good luck with your training!!

    AWESOME!!! You're doing a GREAT job! I'll have mine done this afternoon. I worked late on Monday, and I was more worried about finally getting to sleep than what I'd done right! LOL!
