What I did Right this Week

SparkFriend, D2BD-DIVA, and I decided to do this "positive reinforcement" thing weekly. We both got a boost last week from taking time to think about the "right" things we'd done in our health journeys, share it, and encourage each other.
For the past week...
1. I stuck to the half marathon training schedule. The HM is about 6 weeks away!!
2. I lost 1 pound!
3. Something I never thought to look at until DIVA mentioned it. I am #1724 on the sparkpoints leaderboard. That was kind of fun to look at this week.
4. I finally finished re-arranging our classroom so finding things this week will be much more pleasant.
Hmmm, I guess that's enough patting on the back. Thanks to all my SparkFriends who have encouraged me this past week, especially D2BD-DIVA. We'd love to read your list of accomplishments for the past week.
