Getting out of the funk

So I'm not 100% sure what it is, but I've been in a funk the last few days. I guess it's just a combination of a lot of things - work stress, friend stress. I let myself mope around yesterday, ate crappy and didn't work out...which is a funny of handling it because doing this always makes me feel worse.

But that is behind me and I'm ready to face the week with renewed focus. And hoping for some good numbers for the Shooting Stars this week!

Looking forward to working out this frustration tonight at the gym. emoticon

    Wow, can I relate! Talk about a funk. I am watching my food, but not moving. Gotta get out of my funk, too! The gym is a great place to do it!!
