disappointing weekend

Monday, January 16, 2012

My sister was suppose to be on this weight loss journey with me and was doing good for awhile, but she had a rough week. I had planned to eat more than my calorie range on Friday and I did and was fine with it, knowing that I still worked out on Friday and was planning on Saturday morning. And I did. Saturday was a good day, then came Sunday. Started off well, but after church my sister convinced me to eat we went to Taco Bell. This was a better idea than our favorite authetic mexican cuisine, but still not great. I was already in a not so great mood from fighting with the girls in the morning and then busting my lunch calorie budget as well as my real budget, mad me angry with myself.

So what did I do??? came home, lounged around, ate ice cream, chips, and then even got up to make myself a horrible meal. The good news it was actually horrible (I simply cannot cook!) so I only ate the homemade fries off of it. I didn't want to exercies, even when my kids started the zumba game. eventually i did get up and do 5 minutes of zumba, but not happily. then we ordered pizza. really??? what the heck? I ate five pieces of dominos. ugh. not a good day for money or food at all!!

but, i have to shake it off today. it is okay to a day like that, but the important part is to start over today and make TODAY a good day. I am well aware that this is a critical time for my weight loss.. I am hovering at a 10 pound loss. I need to break through the 10 lb mark and keep going. This would be the time I usually stop and gain back 15 lbs. This time is different. I have the bigger goal in mind and want to keep going, even if it is by myself. I want t
to get to 249 by January 30th. Back on it today!!

plans for Monday-Sunday:
Monday: Zumba 2 already done, Curves, Zumba 1 again this evening (So much fun!!)
Tuesday: Zumba 1
Wednesday: Zumba 2
Thursday: Curves
Friday: Curves
Saturday; Curves, Zumba at curves, zumba at home
Sunday: zumba

I have no reason to eat out this week and our normal Friday will not happen since the girls go with the dad. Usually when I pick them up we grab something on the ride home, but they have to be at a dance thing right away that afternoon, so no eating necessary. Looks like it is going to be a good week!! :)
