Hanging in there

I am still in the fast break stage, but I am feeling more confident and being consistant. I hope to move to stage 2 this coming up weekend. I didn't want to move to early before I was consistant in my goals. I felt it was best to focus on those first so I can build from here. I changed one of my goals from not drinking soda to drinking 8 glasses of water a day. To me that was more realistic. I usually don't have a diet soda until I have drunk 8 glasses. Usually I don't even finish my glass of soda. So to me that is an improvement over the 3-5 cans of soda a day. Now I just need to focus on what I consume at meals.
