Weigh day

I started this 2 weeks ago and I'm down 4.6 lbs. I have tried very hard and I feel proud of myself. I knew that other things I've tried could have resulted in a faster weigh loss, but I want this to be slow and steady. I am really happy today!!

The exercise starts today.
